Rate limits and send caps
How much you can call, and how the API tells you.
Limits protect your workspace and your WhatsApp number's reputation.

Every answer says where you stand:

RateLimit: "key";r=299;t=60A dry run (?dry_run=true, or any change made with a test key) changes nothing, so it is charged to the read limit: previewing never uses up your changes.
r is what is left and t is the seconds until the window resets. Over a limit you get 429 rate_limited with a Retry-After header. Send caps say which window you hit (hour, day or contact_day).
The same limits apply to the AI connector for your workspace, so two ways in cannot double your allowance.
