contacts
contact.created/1A new contact was added — in the app, by an import, or through the API.contact.updated/1A contact changed. `changed_fields` lists which fields (names only).contact.deleted/1A contact was deleted.contact.custom_field.updated/1One custom field value of a contact changed.contact.group.added/1A contact joined a contact group.contact.group.removed/1A contact left a contact group.contact.import.completed/1A bulk import finished, with its totals.
conversations
conversation.created/1A new conversation was opened (usually the first message from a customer).conversation.assigned/1A conversation was assigned to a staff member or a team.conversation.unassigned/1A conversation went back to the unassigned queue.conversation.closed/1A conversation was closed. A new customer message reopens it.conversation.reopened/1A closed conversation was opened again.conversation.note.created/1A staff member (or the API) added an internal note.
